TouchPrint TP2929 Series Vision Award winner for best printer technology. TP2929 is a true, highly accurate stencil printer capable of loading, aligning, printing and unloading printed circuit boards without operator intervention. An innovative closed-loop, high-end motion control system does not compromise alignment accuracy or repeatability, resulting in TP2929’s ability to deliver the quantity and quality demanded by today’s production requirements. With a print area of 2.2 x 22.0" (50.8 x 558 mm), TP2929 offers vision-guided, fully automated pin placement, and high repeatability and accuracy (8 нm and 16 нm, respectively). Other benefits include: New patented ultrasonic, ecologically friendly bottom-side stencil wiper; patented vibration squeegee technology; a single flying overhead camera gantry operation; passive axis design for reduced mechanical liability; nondestructive servo board edge clamping and new kinetic board stop device; dual paste dispensing head; microprocessor controlled squeegee down pressure monitoring system.

The SemiTouch is an easy to use, highly robust semi-automatic wafer printer capable of both Wafer Stencil Printing and Bumping within a single system. The rigidity of this machine combined with Milara’s proprietary vibrating squeegee technology and closed loop squeegee pressure control results in print quality that is unmatched in the industry.
A customized Windows based user interface with on-screen instructions allows either first time or experienced operators to use the printer’s full capabilities in just a short time. New applications can be rapidly put into production and each setup can be stored in the wafer library and recalled at will for quick changeover.
With a 2 camera, manual vision system onto the SemiTouch equipped with our new semi-intelligent vision algorithm (SemiIntel). This feature does not allow the operator to print a wafer unless it is properly aligned to the trained in stencil images. The large “check mark” indicates the work is aligned to the stencil and is ready to be transported into the print area. A “Ø” image will replace the check mark if the wafer is not aligned to the programmable tolerance set points. Standard overlay and crosshair alignment methods are also included with this option.
